Request deletion of your TVTele data

TVTele is operated by Velora Tech LLC. To request deletion of your cloud app account and associated data, email naymintun.web@gmail.com with the subject TVTele data deletion. You do not need to keep the app installed to send a request.

Tell us that you want your TVTele account/data deleted. We may ask for limited information to identify the app records and verify that the request is yours. Do not send Telegram passwords, sign-in codes, session files, payment-card details or private videos. We will explain any verification information needed.

What the request covers

After verifying a valid request, we delete the associated TVTele cloud authentication identity and billing entitlement records, subject to any information that must be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention or purchase disputes. We will tell you if an exception applies. Provider logs and backups may persist temporarily under their retention schedules. Support emails needed to carry out your request are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

This does not delete your Telegram account, Google account, original Telegram messages or Google Play’s own transaction records. TVTele cannot delete those accounts on your behalf.

Remove local information

Use Downloads to remove offline videos. Log out in TVTele’s settings to remove the device’s Telegram session, library/watch data and downloads. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local app data. You can additionally revoke the session from Telegram → Settings → Devices. Logging out alone does not delete the separate cloud billing account; email us for that request.

Cancel a subscription separately

A deletion request does not automatically stop subscription billing. You can cancel TVTele in Google Play subscriptions. You can request deletion whether or not you have cancelled; we will explain any effect on paid access. Restoring a Google Play purchase later can create a new TVTele billing identity and verification record.
