Privacy Policy
What TVTele processes, where it stays, and the choices you have.
Updated 8 November 2026
Who operates TVTele
TVTele is operated by Velora Tech LLC. This policy explains how the Android TV app and these support pages handle personal information. For privacy questions or requests, contact naymintun.web@gmail.com. TVTele is an independent app using the Telegram API; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.
Telegram account and media
When you connect Telegram, the app communicates with Telegram to sign in, obtain the account and chat metadata needed for its features, list folders, find videos and reactions, and stream or download media. Telegram controls its own service and handles this information under its privacy policy.
Your selected folders determine the video library displayed in TVTele. The Telegram client may also process additional account or chat metadata needed to operate. Telegram session data, cached library metadata, thumbnails and viewing progress are stored on your device. Videos stream from Telegram to your device; they are not relayed through Velora Tech LLC’s billing backend.
Telegram sign-in information is handled on your device and exchanged with Telegram. We do not send your Telegram password, session credentials, phone number, chat captions or video files to our billing backend.
Downloads and subtitles
Downloads occupy local device storage. You can remove them using the app’s download controls. Subtitle files you choose to import, embedded subtitle data and appearance preferences are processed on your device. This release does not offer cloud AI transcription or subtitle translation.
Purchases and the app identifier
Google Play handles subscription purchases and payment details under Google’s privacy policy. We do not receive your payment-card details. Purchases belong to the Google account used for checkout, separately from your Telegram account.
When needed for billing, the app creates a pseudonymous installation/account identifier using Supabase Authentication. The backend processes this identifier, a Google Play purchase token and Google’s subscription response to verify purchases, acknowledge payment and restore access. An obfuscated account identifier is also supplied to Google during checkout.
Our billing records store the app identifier, a cryptographic hash of the purchase token, plan, subscription state, expiry and verification time. Raw purchase tokens are processed to contact Google but are not stored in our billing tables. We use Supabase to provide authentication, server functions and database storage.
Free preview and offline verification
TVTele offers one free test video. To remember the selected video and discourage repeat previews after reinstalling, the app sends a cryptographic hash derived from an Android app/device identifier and a device-specific hash of the selected video identifier to our Supabase backend. The raw Android identifier, Telegram account/chat/message identifiers, titles and captions are not sent for this purpose. A hash is pseudonymous information, not a guarantee of anonymity.
The preview record stores these two hashes and the claim time. We retain it to enforce preview eligibility across reconnects and ordinary reinstalls on the same device, subject to deletion requests and any applicable lawful retention for fraud prevention. You can contact us to request access or deletion; we may need limited information from your installation to locate the record.
The device also stores an encrypted, time-limited Pro verification record for offline playback. It lasts no longer than the verified subscription expiry or 72 hours from verification. Changing the device clock does not extend it. Restarting the device requires an online verification before offline playback can resume.
Technical information and support
Telegram, Google Play, Supabase and our website hosting providers receive technical information needed to operate their services, such as IP addresses, request times, device/app information and security or error logs. These pages are served through OpenAI Sites infrastructure, including Cloudflare. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts to these pages, and the app does not include a dedicated third-party advertising or analytics SDK.
If you email naymintun.web@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, Telegram sign-in codes, QR login tokens, session files, payment-card details or private chat content.
Why information is used and disclosed
We use information to deliver the features you request, maintain local preferences, verify subscriptions, prevent misuse, secure the service and respond to support requests. Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service, legitimate interests in security and support, legal obligations, or consent where required.
We do not sell personal information. Information is disclosed to the service providers described above to operate the app and website, or where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. Service providers may process information outside your country; their applicable policies describe their safeguards.
Retention
Local app information remains until removed by the app’s controls, logout, clearing app storage or uninstalling, depending on the type of information. Downloads may also be removed by storage-management controls. Logging out of Telegram clears that device’s Telegram session, library/watch data and downloads, but does not remove the separate cloud billing identity or billing records.
We retain cloud account and subscription records while needed to provide or restore the service, resolve purchase disputes or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion as described below. Notification message identifiers used to avoid processing duplicates are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Infrastructure logs and backups follow the relevant provider’s configured retention and may persist temporarily after live records are deleted.
Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve the request and any related dispute or legal obligation. We retain limited information longer only where necessary for a stated legal, security or fraud-prevention reason.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can change selected folders, remove downloads or imported subtitle tracks, and log out in the app. You can revoke the TVTele Telegram session from Telegram’s Settings → Devices. Removing TVTele does not delete your Telegram account or the original messages and media stored by Telegram.
To request deletion of TVTele’s cloud app account and associated data, email naymintun.web@gmail.com with the subject TVTele data deletion. See the data-deletion instructions. We may request limited information to locate your records and verify the request. We will explain if particular records must be retained for legal or security reasons. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or complain to your local supervisory authority.
Deleting app data or requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. You can manage or cancel it in Google Play.
Security, eligibility and changes
We use access controls, encrypted network connections where supported by the services, and Android app-private storage. Session credentials protected by the app’s secure session store use Android Keystore-backed encryption. Downloaded videos are not promised to be encrypted at rest. No system provides an absolute security guarantee.
Use TVTele only if you meet the age and eligibility requirements applicable to your use of Telegram and Google Play. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and respond.
We may update this policy as the app or its providers change. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or seek consent where required by applicable law.
