Terms of Use
Using TVTele, managing subscriptions, and understanding the service.
Updated 8 November 2026
The service
These terms apply to TVTele, provided by Velora Tech LLC. Contact: naymintun.web@gmail.com. By using the app, you agree to these terms. TVTele is an independent video player using the Telegram API, not an official Telegram product.
TVTele lets you access videos from your own Telegram folders, stream or download available files, and use supported subtitle features. We do not provide a movie catalogue, sell media rights or guarantee that content will remain available. AI transcription and translation are not included in this release.
Your account and content
You must be eligible to use Telegram and Google Play and comply with their terms. Keep your device and account credentials secure. Only access, download or use content where you have permission and where doing so is lawful. Do not use the app to infringe copyright, bypass content protections, interfere with other users or abuse Telegram or our infrastructure.
You retain your rights in your content. TVTele does not grant rights to third-party films, channels, messages or other media. Telegram and content owners control availability and permissions.
Free preview and Pro access
You may connect Telegram, select folders and browse the available features without subscribing. One video can be tested for free and may be resumed or replayed. The preview is selected after successful playback starts; a failed loading attempt does not itself consume it. Other video playback, downloads and playback of downloaded videos require an active Pro entitlement. The free preview does not automatically charge you.
The app displays a notice before the free test begins. Normal reconnects and reinstalls do not reset the selected video on the same device. Device changes, platform identifiers and app signing can affect eligibility. We do not promise that every device shares a single preview.
A video already playing is allowed to finish when access expires. Downloaded files are kept after expiry unless you remove them, change storage settings or take another action that deletes local data; starting their playback requires Pro. Offline verification is limited to the earlier of subscription expiry and 72 hours after verification, and the device must reconnect after a reboot.
Subscriptions and payment
Where enabled, TVTele Pro offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play. The checkout screen shows your local price, billing period, applicable taxes and renewal terms before you confirm. Both plans cover the same app features. A subscription pays for the app, not for Telegram content. No lifetime purchase or paid AI-credit entitlement is offered.
Google Play charges the selected payment method and manages renewals. Your plan renews unless cancelled under Google Play’s rules. You can cancel future renewals through Google Play; access ordinarily continues for the remaining paid period unless the purchase is refunded, revoked or otherwise ends. Refunds are governed by Google Play’s processes and applicable law; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play. Uninstalling, logging out or deleting app data does not cancel it. Purchases are associated with the Google account used to buy them; use that account and Restore purchases on a compatible installation. Apple or other store purchases are not included.
During internal testing or beta access, some or all playback may be available without payment. Free beta access does not itself create a paid subscription or promise permanent free access. Google license-test purchases follow Google’s testing rules. We will present a purchase flow before charging; we will not silently convert free beta access into a paid plan.
Device storage and connectivity
Streaming needs a working connection to Telegram. Downloads require enough local storage, and removing downloads, clearing app data, uninstalling or logging out may remove local files and progress. Keep separate copies of anything important. Not every codec, subtitle format, device or Telegram feature is supported. Availability can change because of device capabilities, network conditions, Telegram changes or service maintenance.
Availability and fair use
We may update the app, address defects or suspend access where needed to prevent abuse or comply with law. TVTele depends on third-party services we do not control. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
You may stop using the app at any time. If a paid feature is materially changed or discontinued, we will provide the notices and remedies required by law and the store’s rules.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and how to request deletion. We may revise these terms; the current version is identified by its date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. For questions or disputes, contact us first so we can try to resolve them. No provision here restricts mandatory rights available under the law that applies to you.
